The deal

Forth is a place for finding and hosting real-world gatherings. By using it you agree to these terms, which are written to be read rather than scrolled past.

Being a member

You’re a real person, using your real name, and you’re over 18.

One account each. Verification is there to protect everyone, including you.

If you save a seat, plan to sit in it. Repeated no-shows lose booking privileges.

Being a host

Describe your event honestly: the place, the cost, the plan.

Cover charges must be stated up front. Surprise fees end hosting rights.

You’re responsible for the space being safe and legal for the group you invite.

Behaviour

Treat people the way a good host treats guests. Harassment, discrimination or making anyone feel unsafe means removal, quickly and without refund of anything.

The boring but important bits

Forth connects people; the events themselves belong to their hosts. Use your judgement as you would with any plan made among adults.

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll say so plainly and in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
