The short version

Forth exists to get you off your phone and into a room. We collect the minimum needed to make that work, we never sell it, and deleting your account deletes it everywhere.

What we collect

Your email and first name. To hold your place in the queue and let you in when doors open.

Your rough location. A neighbourhood, like Al Quoz, rather than a street address. It powers the noticeboard; your exact location is never shown to other members.

Your plans. What you save and attend, so hosts know who’s coming and the board learns what your kind of thing is.

What we never do

Sell your data, to anyone, for any reason.

Show your exact address or live location to other members.

Follow you around the web with adverts.

Email you more than the situation honestly requires.

Who sees what

Other members see your first name, your photo if you add one, and your event history in numbers (“been to 12 things”). Hosts of an event you’ve confirmed see the same. Nobody sees your contact details.

Your controls

You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account entirely, straight from settings. Deletion is complete within 30 days across all our systems.
